I've been thinking a lot about this lately. I read a lot of books as a child, a real life Matilda , and I always wonder where are all those books I once read? Most were from the library but the ones i owned...probably in my parents loft or in the hands of someone else who treasures it now. But what book or books take you back to your childhood. Mine definitely have to be the Enid Blyton books, then Jacqueline Wilson as I got a bit older and then Philip Pullman was my first grown up author. And it goes with out saying Harry Potter, I was part of the generation who had to wait patiently for her to finish writing the next one. So I'll ask you again? What is your favourite childhood tale and has Popsy and Mama made it into a gorgeous piece of childrens clothing yet?
