We hope you are pleased with you Popsy and Mama clothes, however if in the unfortunate situation your item/s are faulty please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will replace the items at our cost. 

As all our items are made to order it is not our policy to accept exchanges, however this is at our discretion and if it is an item that is commonplace and may sell again we may be happy to accept it.  In this instance the buyer must pay the additional postage costs. Replacement items are subject to the same 3-week turnaround period as standard orders and are subject to fabric stock.

 

Please note: Returns must be made in a perfect, unwashed condition within 10 days. Any item that is returned displaying signs of use and/or washing will not be replaced and will be returned to you.
