THE POPSY AND MAMA PRIVACY POLICY 
This Privacy Policy includes information about how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.popsyandmama.com (the ‘Site’). In line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), our privacy policy, and supporting documentation has been updated to ensure compliance with this new legislation as of 24th May 2018.

When you visit the Site we automatically collect information about your device, web browser, IP address, time zone and information about certain cookies that are installed on your device. This is referred to ‘Device Information’.

This information will only be collected and processed for the purpose of us supplying the purchases goods and services and keeping proper records of those transactions. Financial transactions may be handled by PayPal. We can also send this information to an alternative address if photographic proof of identification and/or residence is provided. SECTION 4 – WIX 
Our Site is hosted by Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data and information collected by analytics tracking is stored through Wix's data storage, databases and application. The information is collected by analytics tracking through Wix is only used to monitor and improve our website usability.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES 
In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. Some third-party providers (such as payment gateways and payment transaction processors) have their own policies. To protect your personal information, we take all necessary precautions and follow industry best practises to make sure your information is kept secure at all times and is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. All payments and practised follow generally accepted industry standards.

The information we collect is only viewed and accessible by authorised staff at Popsy and Mama.  All information is stored digitally on password encrypted devices and is secured away in our locked office. We obtain and keep proof of posting for all items sent. These are kept for 180 days in a locked safety deposit box in our locked office.

SECTION 7 - COOKIES 
A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on the user's computer by the user's web browser while the user is browsing the website. We collect information about the pages you visit and how you interact while browsing the Site, as well as information about what websites or search engines/terms that referred you.
