I'm feeling extremely happy today. Not only because it's Friday (we survived half term week), but because I'm officially launching Popsy and Mama's summer collection of handmade children's clothes.
It's not been the easiest of collections to launch as most of it has been prepared during lockdown. But, thanks to all of you lovely customers, my brand reps. my print designers and my family for giving me the confidence and constant reassurance that I could make it happen.
The Popsy and Mama shop will reopen on Sunday 7 June at 8.30pm when all summer items will be available to order.

Right, drum roll please. Here it is, the official launch of Popsy and Mama's summer collection for 2020. I really hope you like it!
SUMMER FABRIC PRINTS
Last week, I showed you a few sneak previews of the new summer prints. I'm excited I can now show you more!
The summer collection has two main print collections, they are Childhood Tales Edit and Summer Fun Edit. There are 25 NEW prints in total. Yes, 25! Here are a few of my favourites from the collections. When the shop opens on Sunday 7 June you'll be able to see them all!

SUMMER DRESSES
Popsy and Mama has four handmade summer dresses styles, they are the Gathered Dress, Pinafore Dress, T Shirt Dress and Cocoon Dress. All dresses can be made in any of the new summer prints. Here's our lovely Brand Reps showcasing the Pinafore and Gathered Dress styles.

SUMMER ROMPERS AND DUNGAREES
Rompers and Dungarees are extremely popular with Popsy and Mama customers which is why there are six variants to choose from - the Romper, Shorty Romper, Bummie Romper, Bubble Romper, Dungarees and Shorty Dungarees. Phew!

SUMMER T SHIRTS
T-shirts are a staple item for every summer wardrobe. Popsy and Mama has Short Sleeve and Long Sleeve T Shirts in the summer collection. They look great underneath dungarees and pinafore dresses, or teamed up with leggings and shorts.

SUMMER SHORTS AND BUMMIES
Other popular styles for the summer are Popsy and Mama's Shorts, Harem Shorts and Bummies. All styles are made from 92% cotton and 8% lycra to make sure your little people can play with no restrictions. Here's the Popsy and Mama Bummies in the "Lemon Squeezy" print.
Summer Accessories
SUN HATS AND BONNETS
I've gone back to my original Popsy and Mama roots and started working with linen and cotton gauze again. My collections used to feature this fabric a lot, until jersey took over. However, this summer I've re-lit my linen-fabric-flame and launched bonnets and sun hats to match your little people's Popsy and Mama outfits. Two hat styles available are the Sun Hat with Bear Ears and the Traditional Bonnet.

FELT ACCESSORIES
For some time now I've been searching high and low for the perfect accessories to complement Popsy and Mama's clothes. I'm delighted to say I've finally found them. I'm working with an organisation in Nepal that provides fair trade jobs for disadvantaged women and single mothers. I'll be selling their gorgeous 100% wool felt accessories in my summer collection. Items include Woodland Fairies, Hair Clips, Bags, Dream Catchers and Wall Hangings.

WANDS
I'm also thrilled to be adding these Wands to the NEW summer collection. They make gorgeous additions to any Popsy and Mama outfit. They can be personalised for special occasions such as birthdays too.
